Stan’s Crest MK4 Tubeless Mountain and Gravel Wheelset
Fast, durable, and built to last, the Crest MK4 rims are a cornerstone of mountain biking history. Introduced in 2005, they evolved from Stan's pioneering ideas, including the legendary 355 rims. Designed to be simple, lightweight, and tubeless-ready, the Crest MK4 features a more robust 6069 alloy and an asymmetric rim shape that optimizes spoke tension for enhanced strength and durability. Perfect for gravel and XC riding, these rims are optimized for 40mm gravel tires and up to 2.3” mountain bike tires, making them a versatile choice for various terrains and riding styles. The innovative BST-Asymmetric design ensures easier tubeless inflation, superior airtight seal, and a stronger, more balanced wheel build. With a 25mm internal width and welded joint construction, the Crest MK4 offers a smooth, reliable ride with excellent resistance to flats and a focus on speed and performance. Elevate your gravel or XC ride with the lightweight, resilient, and high-performance Crest MK4 rims—where heritage meets modern innovation.
