De Ubiquiti U6 Mesh Pro is een draadloze access point die zowel op 2,4 GHz als 5 GHz werkt. De maximale snelheid op 2,4 GHz is 573,5 Mbit/s en op 5 GHz is het 2400 Mbit/s. Deze access point ondersteunt verschillende Wi-Fi standaarden, zoals 802.11a, 802.11ac, 802.11ax, 802.11b, 802.11g en 802.11n. Ook ondersteunt het 802.1Q voor VLANs. Veiligheidsopties zijn WPA, WPA-Enterprise, WPA-PSK, WPA2 en WPA3. De Ubiquiti U6 Mesh Pro werkt met Power over Ethernet (PoE), dus je hebt geen apart stroomkabel nodig.
