Schwalbe Aerothan Tube with Aluminium Valve Stem
The Schwalbe Aerothan Tube combines lightweight design, durability, and eco-friendliness for serious cyclists. Featuring a robust aluminium valve stem, it offers enhanced handling and longevity, while the ultra-light TPU material ensures minimal rolling resistance and superior puncture protection—making it a top choice in performance tests. Crafted with ChemCycling® technology from recycled pyrolysis oil, this tube supports the circular economy and reduces reliance on fossil resources. Compatible with all pumps, Schwalbe Airmax, Bosch Speed Sensor, and Clik Valve systems, it sets new standards for high-performance and environmentally conscious riding. Made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), including the valve, Aerothan tubes are approximately 40% lighter than Schwalbe's Extralight butyl tubes, providing extremely low rolling resistance comparable to tubeless systems. They also offer excellent puncture resistance and maintain their shape even at low pressures, all while being fully recyclable.
